It runs as a VirtualBox VM on Windows, Linux or Intel Mac, so your shop data stays on your own computer and network. Check devices in at the counter or take intake by phone, track every repair ticket from drop-off to pickup, manage parts and screen inventory, and ring up sales on the built-in cash POS. Each repair can carry a warranty link for your customer. Give your team Owner, Manager or Technician roles so everyone sees what they need. There are no ticket or user limits (50,000+ tickets).
